Course on input-output (IO) and hybrid LCA. The included subjects are: Basic Input-Output Analysis and life cycle assessment theory, data for basic and advanced IO-analysis, hybrid IO-tables, methods for trade-linking and multi-regional IO-models, application areas and communication of IO models and results.
The learning outcomes are: Understanding of the methods for input-output and hybrid analysis, understanding of the difference between different modelling approaches and their implications for the modelled system, experience with using IO and hybrid models in LCA software (SimaPro), and knowledge on the application areas of IO and hybrid LCA as well as on the limitations of the approach.

Trainer
Jannick H. Schmidt, 2.-0 LCA Consultants. Jannick is an environmental management engineer from Aalborg University. He obtained his Ph.D. in 2007 with a study on life cycle assessment of rapeseed oil and palm oil. He holds an assistant professorship at Aalborg University. Main areas of expertise and experience are life cycle assessments of agricultural products and waste management systems, and development of LCA methodology regarding system delimitation, LCIA methods for biodiversity and Input-Output-based LCA.

Original price is 8.000 kronor.
An Early Bird ticket of 6.000 kronor can be purchased until the 8th of December.
Students enrolled at University is entitled to 50 % of original price.
